“Dr. Nevin Maher Tantawy is the Principal of Genius Language School and a distinguished educational leader with over 15 years of experience in English language teaching, academic coordination, school leadership, and educational management. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence, institutional development, and the creation of a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environment in which every student is encouraged to reach their full potential.

Dr. Nevin began her educational career as an English Conversation Teacher before progressing to the role of English Language Teacher. Her dedication, leadership abilities, and passion for educational development led her to become an Academic Coordinator, where she supported curriculum implementation, monitored students’ academic progress, and contributed to teachers’ professional development. She later advanced to leadership positions as KG Principal, Primary Principal, and School Principal, gaining comprehensive experience in managing different educational stages and leading both academic and administrative teams.

She holds a Professional Doctorate in Educational Institutions Management and a Professional Master’s Degree in Active Learning Strategies. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Languages and Translation, English Department, in addition to professional training and certifications in school leadership, educational management, positive discipline, crisis management, strategic planning, communication, conflict resolution, and public speaking.

As Principal of Genius Language School, Dr. Nevin oversees the school’s academic and administrative operations, curriculum implementation, quality assurance, staff development, student progress, and parent communication. She is committed to supporting teachers through continuous training, constructive guidance, and professional collaboration, while ensuring that the school’s educational practices meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.

Her leadership philosophy is founded on teamwork, fairness, positive discipline, effective communication, and attention to detail. She strongly believes that successful education is built through a genuine partnership between the school, students, teachers, and parents. Through her vision, dedication, and extensive experience, Dr. Nevin continues to lead Genius Language School toward continuous growth, innovation, and excellence, empowering students to become confident, responsible, and successful individuals.
